Ring Size NSV!

My rings have been so big on me lately, that I haven't been able to wear them very much.  I went to the jeweler to have them resized today.  I went from a size 9 to a 7 1/2!  Hopefully, I won't have to do that again.  I still have 22 pounds to go!

I spent the day at the beach.  It was absolutely gorgeous!  I'm going again tomorrow!

*****Whispers......Could It Be The Elusive Sweet Spot?*****

Either I have reached the sweet spot or changing my eating portions has worked.  I have lost 4 pounds in the last week and a half!  I am no longer eating oatmeal, although I love it, but instead I am eating a 100 calorie yogurt with nuts.   Most times I am not hungry for lunch, so I might have a couple of crackers and a little chocolate milk.  For the past 2 days, I have not had much of an appetite for dinner either.  I do eat a little though.

I am still exercising 5-6 days a week.  I have also started a little bit of strength training.  I feel great!  I feel light!  I even fit into my size 10 Bandolino Skinny Jeans today!

I really hope this will continue for a long, long time.

I was remembering when I went to a Zumbathon with Amy W. last summer.  Notice how skinny that little mama is in the picture!  Anywoo, I just wanted to show you the comparison shots and my progress since then.  The Queen Bee likey a lot!

FYI::::  I am overweight, not obese!!!!!!!  I weighed in at 179 today    ;-)

This is me and my neighbor, Tammy, at the Zumbathon this past weekend. This was Tammy's first time at Zumba and she had a blast!

I think I have become a freaking Zumba addict.  I go to class at least 5 times a week.  Now I go to Zumba Toning, which includes 1 1/2lb toning sticks.  I can already tell the difference with my arms.  As of March, I have been going to the gym religiously, for a whole year!  Unheard of my friends.  Just find something that you love and stick with it.

It only took 6 weeks to lose one effing pound, but I finally did it!  Evidently, eating smaller meals more often seemed to do the trick.  I have also been exercising 2x a day!  I simply cannot believe I have lost 65 pounds.  I am just one pound away from being obese to overweight in the BMI catagory.  Life is good.
